Health: EO Diffuser - Cleansing the Mayflower Blend

While still ill, I've been playing with my essential oils creating fun and interesting scents to cleanse the air in our apartment. I actually have a simple little book I've been reading titled: Aromatherapy for Everyone by PJ Pierson and Mary Shipley, that alphabetically lists quite a few eo's along with information such as: therapeutic uses, application methods, suggested eo for blending, the extraction method, parts used to make the eo, safety information, and even fun facts. So today I want to share with you guys a new scent I mixed up titled: Cleansing the Mayflower. I came up with the blend name after having watched Charlie Browns Voyage of the Mayflower movie on Netflix a lot this past week. Now onto the recipe!

To make the Cleansing the Mayflower blend, use:
6 - 8 drops 100% pure pine needle essential oil AND
2 - 3 drops 100% pure eucalyptus essential oil
in a diffuser on low or low medium light setting.
The scent will disperse throughout the room in approximately 15 minutes.

*Safety Information*
- Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus): Avoid during pregnancy. Do not use if diagnosed with high blood pressure or epilepsy. Always use in dilution. Avoid if taking homeopathic remedies, as eucalyptus acts as an antidote against such therapies.
- Pine Needle (Abies sirbirica): Avoid if prone to allergic reactions. Avoid if diagnosed with high blood pressure. Should not be used on the skin of children or the elderly. Be sure to avoid oil from Pinus pumilio (dwarf pine).

Do you think the name suits the scent?
